Child Protection Program
Germantown Baseball Inc. is a chartered member who is sanctioned with Babe Ruth League Inc., and has provided the following resources to ensure the safety and protection of all members of Germantown Baseball Inc. programs.
Any individual (18 years of age and older) who provides regular service to the league, and/or has repetitive access to, or contact with, players or teams will be required to do abuse prevention training and have a background check conducted on them every two years as required by federal law. It is the responsibility of the Board of Directors of Germantown Baseball Inc. to make sure all individuals are notified how to complete the training and the background check as well as to verify the completion of these tasks from each individual.
